How do your returns work?

Enter the same email address used to place your order and choose the item you want to return. You'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. It's super easy, we promise. 

When will I get my refund?

Once your bag is delivered to our warehouse, it will be processed and checked for quality. Once your return has been successfully checked in, your refund will be processed. If you believe your return is delayed and would like to check on the status, feel free to send us an email at customerservice@statebags.com.

What items can I return?

Eligible, non-personalized items purchased on Statebags.com within the last 14 days. Returned merchandise must be in perfect, unused condition with all original tags.

What items are non-refundable?

All personalized bags and "final sale" items are final sale and are unable to be returned. Gift returns can either be exchanged for another item or returned for store credit.
